We are currently working on our final project at Campus ADN school. Because of the current situation due to the pandemic we are making this game every student at home. Creating the whole game in 14 weeks.

Plateformer - Puzzles
The game takes place in the magical Great Library of Dreams, where order has become disorder and monsters roam and bring chaos. Navigate through the Dream and Nightmare wings in hope of collecting all 6 Questbooks and obtain new abilities.

Fire Monkey
In this game the monkeys are not only ennemies, they are ingredients for plateforming and puzzle uses.
Fire Monkeys can burn spider webs and free up the passage and also light up candles to activate multiple ingredients.


Ice Monkeys
In this game the monkeys are not only ennemies, they are ingredients for plateforming uses.
Ice monkeys can freeze a cloud plateform and make it walkable. Yank, kick or lure them close to the plateform for it to freeze.
Nightmare Gauntlets
From the Nightmare wing the player will gain new abilities with the Nightmare Gauntlets. The player will now be able to :

Dream Kicks
From the Dream wing the player will obtain new abilities : the Dream Kicks. The player will now be able to :

Sleeper Rod
The Sleeper Rod is the main weapon the player has in his disposition. It acts as a "Fishing rod" as it can target ingredients and ennemies and pull them back thowards the player. It can also grab hold to special anchors and Swing the player across the room.

Puzzle 1
Get to the house!
For our first puzzle game we imagine a "Rush Hour" kind of minigame but with a little twist of having all the other cars move in one direction whenever the firetruck makes a move also.
The player needs to look at all the possibilites before making a move and advance with caution.

Puzzle 2
Save the kitten!
In this puzzle your objective is first to reach the stairs without getting caught by the fire.

The player has to make his way through the burning house with fire spreading at every step he takes.

Close doors to prevent fire from spreading further.
-
Grab the fire extinguisher to create a safe space to walk over fire.

Get out of the House!
For the last part it's simple, you reach the kitty and then you jump out of the window onto the trampoline waiting for you outside.

Campus ADN - Sept 2019
This game idea was produced in our Level design class as a Ten Pager and presentation assignement. Our goal was to create a game design that would appeal to girls ages 18-25.
The game follows a young spirit maiden who seeks to find the truth about the death of her brother. The player has to investigate and complete shrines using magic creatures and their magical elements to complete puzzles and advance in the game

This game idea was imagined for a "pitch" practice at school. We had to come up with a game idea that would interest our whole school and produce it during our last semester.

Infected Gameplay
As the player progresses throughout the game, Monika (the main character) get's more and more infected and her controls and abilities change as well.
Stage 0 : As a human not yet infected
+ Hack into the systems to open and close doors and acces surveillance cameras.
- Touching anything infected will cause harm.
Stage 1 : Infection starts
+ Superhumain strenght
Stage 2 : Infection spreads
- Cannot use technology anymore
- Infected creatures stop attacking
- Monika will sometimes loose control
Stage 3 : Fully infected
+ Can navigate in infected areas
+ Fight against scientists
